When you order a product or service from Avery Weigh-Tronix, LLC we warrant that you will receive the new product in good working order. Warranty claims for product performance are covered under the brand (like "Dillon") warranty statement found on our home page.

If you need to send back the product for non-warranty reasons (within 30 days) you will need to complete a 'Return Material Report' [see link below] and include this form with the product.

The product will have to be received in a like new condition, freight prepaid by you to the designated destination. A charge of 20% of the selling cost to restock the item is applicable. Please note that if the item is received used or damaged, we will not issue a credit or refund, and we will advise you in a timely fashion.
